Reporting to the Sales Director, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring the seamless coordination of Pre-Construction Managers, Designers, and Project Managers. The primary focus is on achieving and exceeding sales targets, while maintaining targeted gross profit percentages and high conversion rates. This position involves cultivating and sustaining strong client relationships, and providing critical insights to enhance project delivery processes. Through effective collaboration with the Sales Director and cross-functional teams, the Project Director contributes to the overall growth and excellence of our organisation in the competitive sales and construction landscape.
