Located in the heart of the Square Mile, the project will transform the Level 16 floorplate through a full Cat A and Cat B fit-out from shell, creating a future-ready workplace designed to support collaboration, performance and long-term growth.
Woodhouse has supported Park Place Technologies throughout the entire project journey, from early-stage feasibility and workplace strategy through to building selection and design development, helping identify a building capable of supporting the organisation's operational, cultural and technical requirements.
The new headquarters will be delivered in collaboration with the wider building team, including Arax Properties, Hollen, and JLL, ensuring the workspace integrates seamlessly with the building's design, technical and sustainability framework.
The workplace has been shaped around three core design principles: Functional Performance, People-First Connectivity and Anchored Identity, creating ahigh-performing environment where teams can move seamlessly between focused work, collaboration and problem-solving while strengthening a sense ofcommunity across the organisation.
A central breakout and collaboration hub will sit at the heart of the workspace, supported by a range of open-plan working areas, meeting rooms, training facilities and client-facing spaces. Terrace areas will extend the workplace beyond the core office environment, offering opportunities for informal meetings, social interaction and moments of pause throughout the working day.
Ana Volsko, Global Head of Real Estate at Park Place Technologies, said:
"As Park Place Technologies continues to grow across EMEA, having a London headquarters that reflects our values and supports the way our teams work is incredibly important. This space will be a home for collaboration, innovation and the kind of culture we're proud to build."
Glenn Cooper, Project Director at Woodhouse, added:
"Projects like this one define what Woodhouse is about. To be delivering a global organisation's EMEA headquarters within Mode London, one of the City's landmark commercial developments, is a significant moment for our team. Park Place Technologies have been a fantastic client throughout, and the result is a workplace designed to support their people, their culture and their growth for years to come."
Construction is now underway, with the new headquarters scheduled to complete in November, creating a high-performing London base for Park Place Technologies' growing UK and EMEA teams.
