This is a key role in the business, as someone who will be steering the design concept and process throughout our contracts, as well as overseeing the Design Team and helping them execute to our company mission: creating workspaces that draw people together.

This is a pivotal role within the Business Development team, including telephone and online outreach to potential clients, as well as keeping our CRM database up to date, and providing administrative support to the Business Development Managers. Perfect for individuals who thrive working in a team to secure clients and have a passion for hitting targets.
The main responsibilities of this role include securing potential new business in design and build contracts, and maintaining relationships with the client throughout the process. By expanding our client base and enhancing the overall value proposition offered by Woodhouse, your role will be pivotal to the company's financial success as well as the development of the team. A great, fun team to work alongside and support you in all activities, and a chance to work with the wider team throughout the progression of contracts.
The primary tasks and responsibilities involved in this role will be calendar and email management, communication between stakeholders, preparing project-related documents and reports, coordinating and providing support with meetings, task management, and other administrative support.
This role would suit a highly organised, efficient individual who likes reactive tasks and organisation.

The role involves coordinating the allocation of work within the team, and leading and supporting them in all aspects of both Cat A and Cat B design: research, producing concept and detailed design, attending pitches and supporting the delivery team through to completion of each project. It also involves developing client briefs, carrying out feasibility studies and concept design, as well as developing the detailed design.
